The former Domaine gets a redesign and attempts to shed its euro-trash image courtesy of the masterminds behind Sauce. With an expanded space opened up to provide a less claustrophobic feel, Gold Coast clubgoers shake to hip-hop and house beats and drink specialty martinis. What Level lacks in originality it makes up for in effort - the owners are trying exceptionally hard to differentiate the club from the previous tenants. The jury is still out on whether they have succeeded.
