But regardless of what neighborhood you live in, the upstairs feels just as neighborhood-y as the bar around the corner. However, downstairs is a whole other story depending on whether it’s a rock, soul, reggae or classic rock cover band. Ticket prices are usually between 5 and 10 bucks, meaning a few extra drinks. The crowd varies by concert accordingly, but if there’s no concert, the bar’s crowd is chill—no heavy eye make-up, glitter, go-go boots or dog collars here. Well, maybe a few and far between.
